Booking & delivery
How do I book a car?+
Choose your dates and vehicle through the booking tool on our home page, tell us where you're staying, and confirm. It only takes a few minutes. If you'd rather ask a question first, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you sort it out.
Do you really deliver anywhere on the island?+
Yes. That's the whole idea behind Supreme — we have no rental counter to visit. We bring your car to your hotel, your villa, the airport, or the cruise port, and we collect it from wherever you are when you're done.
Is delivery free?+
Delivery and collection are free to all hotels on Palm Beach and Eagle Beach, and to the airport. For other areas of the island, just send us the address and we'll confirm any small delivery fee before you book.
What are your hours?+
We handle pickups and returns every day of the week, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Need your car outside those hours? An after-hours pickup can be arranged for $20.
Can you meet me at the airport?+
Absolutely. Send us your flight details and we'll have the car ready at Queen Beatrix International Airport when you land, so you can drive off without waiting in line at a counter. Airport delivery is free.
The vehicles
Are all the cars automatic?+
Every vehicle in our fleet is automatic and comes with full air conditioning — from the compact sedans right up to the Jeeps and the 11-seater van.
Do you have Jeeps for the rough roads?+
We do — two Jeep Wranglers built for Aruba's unpaved north coast and Arikok National Park. If you're planning to explore beyond the main roads, see our
Jeep & Arikok guide.
Can you carry a big group or family?+
Yes. Our Hyundai Staria seats eleven, which makes it ideal for larger families or groups travelling together. For smaller families, we also keep child car seats on hand.
Do you provide child car seats?+
We do — a child car seat is $15 for your rental. Just add it when you book and we'll have it fitted in the car on delivery.
Driving & policies
What's the minimum age to rent?+
Drivers must be at least 23 years old.
What licence do I need?+
A valid driver's licence. Visitors can drive in Aruba on a valid licence from their home country for the length of a normal holiday, so there's usually no need for an international permit.
What's the fuel policy?+
We deliver the car with a full tank — simply return it full. If that's not practical at the end of your trip, just let us know in advance and we'll arrange an alternative.
Can I add a second driver?+
Yes — an additional driver is $9 per day. Both drivers should have a valid licence, and we'll note the second driver on your rental agreement.
What if I need to cancel?+
Plans change. Cancel ahead of your delivery time and you won't be charged. Late cancellations are charged at 50% of the rental, and no-shows at the full amount.
